Carl Ballard brings nearly four decades of industrial management experience and technology integration to our team. Having held various materials management, Direct. Indirect and Capital Purchasing , Inventory Planning and Control, Domestic and Global Logistics, Regulatory Compliance, and Supply Chain Development positions he now is putting that experience to work as Business Liaison Partner for Tepanox.

Armed with his BS in Industrial Management from The University of Akron his career path has included employment with Berky-Small a Scripps Howard Company, Sensotec, Honeywell Sensing and Control, Zyvex Technologies, Zyvex Marine, Caster Connection, and Chemprise. Past and Current certifications and training include APICS, ISO Compliance- Registration and Internal Auditing, Six Sigma Plus/Green Belt, 5S-Lean, OSHA Safety Training, Haz Materials shipping- DOT49CFR, IATA International Air Transport Haz Materials. Various US Government compliance and certifications including Federal and State EPA, NIOSH, US Department of Commerce and Foreign Trade, DPAS, FAR, GSA, SDS, GHS, NIST, MIL-STD/NVLAP testing and certification.

Having worked for pure start-ups like Berkly-Small and Zyvexto well -established companies like Honeywell and Caster Connection, Carl understands the importance of quality, delivery and continuous improvement. Specifically, the  decade of experience with Zyvex and now we put Carl in a special group of pioneers with nanotechnology commercialization experience.
